Childhood Poem by Philo Yan

Childhood

Rating: 5.0

Remember when you can run
and skip, and hop in the rain.
You'll run as fast as the wind
no aches, no jabbing pain.

Remember when you have energy,
to laugh and play all day.
Unbridled joy and synergy,
unless mummy has a say.

Remember when you have no worries,
while slurping a stick of ice-cream.
Your brain is full of queries,
You sleep and eat, daydream.

Remember the innocence of childhood,
Your mind stays true and young.
Be happy and blissful always
before your bell is rung.

The joy of carefree childhood life very well depicted in the poem.
