Keeps you healthy, smart and wise.
Your intelligence screams without gain
When your body aches with pain.
No matter how efficient your are
If you are weary and teary.
The rhythm of your life
Relies on harmony between
These two variables, mind & body.
Positive vibes that you need
For your body to function properly
Mind is always there to supply you.
That is why
You body works in accordance with
The way you think and behave.
Your inner spirit that flows
From Your mind
Regulate your body
In order of sequence.
