mind body thoughts
somebody call me fat
no sorry somebodies call me fat
that is just not true
body change
gotta adapt, adjust habits
body change face change
change back
gotta adjust
what's happening
gotta change
maybe it is true
maybe a little bit
gotta adjust
expectations of self
the method of self
challenge of self
heart is good
mind is good
mountains are moving
power in the truth
silence is true
in true silence
change is happening
gotta adjust
gotta adapt
be calm
be diligent
be self
all is well
