Chapter 13
the heart beats
the head is numb
lips are swollen
breath is heavy
am i breathing right
eyes are sticky
is this old age
mind is clear
life is here
i am present
i can feel
is it time to change
am i stuck
is that why
this body decays
or is it time
to make a change
body speaks
lets me know
of my imperfections
no maybe the mind
its just a game
the mind plays
wake up
why do you sigh
patience
all is well
