Changeling Poem by Shyana Keajls

Changeling

Rating: 5.0

Changeling changes before my own eyes,
Morphing to something I can't recognize,
'Cause in my mind I specialize,
In picking truth from little lies.
I do not know who you've become.
Can you even see what time has done?
You tried your hardest to fool some,
But I can see right through you I'm not that dumb.
You apologize, you beg, you whine.
You say I'm beautiful and say I'm divine.
Changeling, you can't erase the past time,
And though you speak soothing words, I'll never be fine.
So go with your homies, your groupies, your friends,
Because the time between us has come to an end.

a little bit rough in rhymes but at least good enough. My verdict - nice penned. Keep it up. +10
