Change, What Change? Poem by Sandra Feldman

Change, What Change?

Rating: 5.0

The Dirt Heap
Is Everest tall,
Uneasy feelings
Fill,
The worn-out
Political Mall.

Yes,
They won, again!
Venom does not get
Dissipated, easily,
It's a long standing
Torturous gas,
Delivered to the People
Over and over again,
Fish swallow the hook
And by then, hands
Are upon them,
Seems this cruel Practice,
Will never end
Echo, 'Neeehever Eheenddd'...
And true Justice, never Rise!

A powerful and incisive poem that cries out for the abuses and corrupt practices of those who are in power. Brilliantly penned.
