Can Someone Anyone Poem by Leah Ross

Can Someone Anyone

act their darn age today tomorrow
instead of trading jabs blow for blow
trading rocket sizes having contests
who's rocket missile is bigger than who's
I have a nuclear button to mine works as well
preschool is over ended ages ago hate to say
in a world full of grown - ups adults we aren't
can't even talk one to the other
