It was you and me and no one else
or at least it seemed
Your eyes magnifying
Taking my world away with you and your arms

And then like thunder
I woke up, you no where
like it never happened

Can it be? Do you even remember?

Back to who I was
Back to daylight
Back to hiding behind that velvet curtain
No tears, never.

It was you and me that day, that moment
You were right where you were suppose to be
My love, can it be? Do you remember what happened?

Don't go on thinking and living everything's okay.
Don't forget. I never did.
