With glorious courage she extended her hand
Across a half century
Without hesitation I grasped it
Feelings came back so clean and strong
Questions flew like a swarm of Angels
Possibilities rose into the Heavens
We gasped for breath, hearts racing
Could this be Happening
Could we be so Blessed
