Butterflies Poem by Rajagopalan Kumar

Twinkling wings of many a hue for the honey dew

Fluttering above the flowery rainbow of many a hue

A pretty color rainbow in the setting sky so blue;

Garden earth shuts its colorful show, with day adieu

Twinkling flies appear in the sky so dark and blue

Perhaps to the sky so high the earthy butterflies flew

Pursue beyond the peaks so high rainbow of many a hue

To taste the honey dew on the distant rainbow so new.
