Bury Me Six Feet(In Your Heart) Poem by William Weight

Bury Me Six Feet(In Your Heart)

Rating: 5.0

The black is taking over me
I'm caught in a dream
Your face,
Is the demon that haunts me and
Your voice it taunts

I awake from this nightmare
You're not there

Bury me six feet in your heart
cover with concrete and a curse
Mourn me no more
You burned me to the core

The flowers set upon my grave
Washed away in the crying rain
Eyes turn grey
As i fade away

Reach inside
Your heart it's where i hide
My demons laid to rest by my
No longer beating heart

No song from the angels
As i fell from heaven
So bury me six feet in your heart
As my soul slowly crumbles apart

Wow! William, I take my hat off for you! I went through similar situation when I madly fell in love with special woman who bewitched me for ever. I can't hate the one I loved so much but I thank her instead coming into my life and becoming my muse, the one behind most of my poems. Now, coming back to earth, your write is a true love confession, an excellent, well penned and poignant poem. thanks for sharing and keep it up! 10+++ Love and Peace for always! ...
