Broken Tears & Empty Promises
Do you know how hard it is
To look him in the eye,
To see you two together,
To know you're by his side?
I long to be with you
Not just today, but forever
Is it a possibility?
Will it ever be? NEVER
I keep this secret hidden
Deep down in my soul
But it will never be read
Nor ever told
It feels better when I cry
Even when I'm alone
& I'd rather be here and miserable
Than for you to be gone
