America, land of the free.
Anyone can aspire to be
President: though reality
to me would appear to be.

Only the rich have any chance
You need dollars to enhance
and create the circumstance.

By which you could achieve your goal
I have to say that on the whole.

That you are only free to dream.

Cash dollars taking precedence.

Over proven ability
and personal integrity.

If you have cash then you can buy
a lot of popularity.

The systems rotten to the core.
We cannot trust it any more.
Not as we could in days of yore.

America land of the free
Very sadly has come to be.
a hot bed of iniquity.
where criminals escape scott free.
