Broken And Left Alone
i feel the darkness come into me
i cant feel myself breathing
my heart has stopped
my veins are clogged
i have stopped believing
i have stopped wanting
where is the beauty
why has it left me
now i am blind
now i just cry
my arms hurt
there is nothing to comfort them
my eyes burn
there is nothing to satisfy them
my heart is terring
there is no one to heal it
im dieing
there is no one to stop me
ohh purple
why do i bleed you
help
WOW... when I ready your poem it meant alot to me and I think is almost a sign to me. I had a very dear friend of mine pass away this past February 27th... and it was a very sad situation. I hope you dont mind me telling you all this... but I feel the need. I have been trying to find answers... hear something from another world from him about how he felt when he was dying and I think your poem says it to me. It was after a long battle after open heart surgery and him getting mrsa that finally took him from us. I just had to let you know that your poem touched me deeply. I am not dealing with his death at all and having a tough time and feel like I am the only one still crying everyday. Thank you, Sherri
