Broken Poem by Enah Calbay

How can I forget the last time we met
it was as if there is still you and me
but only in my dreams it would come true
for in reality there is no more you

How could you not feel the pain
of my heart that has been broken into pieces
when you said goodbye and gave no reason
and said it was for the best

How could I not cry
how could I not sigh
when tomorrow no longer belongs to us
and the only left with me is your goodbye
