Lament not O Mother for a son slain,
A voice from heaven hailed her this to call:
Those that on knees crawl how'd they ever fall?
Only but brave warriors die not in vain.
And he that dies dauntless in utter pain,
With whom fellow warriors fight till last breath,
His bravery undiminished in death,
He alone deathless in death does remain.
His last few words shall sure make you feel proud:
With two bullets live in my armour still,
No one can ever dare try me to kill,
See, how his voice resonates still in shroud.
Those that defy death on a battlefield
May die, how'd their valour ever get killed?

A wonderful and touching poem. Yes, a soldier's bravery will never be diminished even in death.
