Bran Triller Poem by Stevens Cadet

Bran Triller

And it comes to me... Like an epiphany
Like you would if I could remove what you have seen
Judging me on what's obscene
How many guys ruined your life
Even if you came across a million
Do you know that percentage of us all is still less than five
Someone told me one time
Don't use what you have inside
To get any girl to coincide with what you'd gain in time
From someone who'd notice it first
Without any revelation or need for clever words
You are destined for great things and you must remember your worth
So this here is not an alibi
Of why you are not by my side
For what can go wrong will
And it is not part of my design
To be effected or neglect it
Proactive forming the contusion of reactive nerves
Whispers getting louder
The inner voice has learned
New languages
Translated by frequency
Discoveries frequently
The density of it all
Makes repetition my remedy
Attempting to break a cycle
Infused in my mind
We are apertures of the cosmos
Yet merely a grain of salt
If we're speaking of size
The correlation of how the World makes you believe in the high
Doesn't match the outlets yet we live through being distracted by
News, drama, a girl, child, Mom, Dad, sibling, or Job
Friend who can't pretend that this circle we occupy
May be flat, or just a simulation of where Humanity's at
No one was born prejudice
But the presence of dark matter became 'fact'
