Born To Live Poem by Catherine Casey

Born To Live

Born to live
And none the same
As me and you,
Who holds the name.

Born to dream
On shifting sands,
Imagined clouds,
And where one stands.

Born to find
And be content.
To know our place
And who us sent.

Born to love
Beyond the call.
A world so big,
A heart so small.

Born to die
And turn to dust.
As iron flakes
And turns to rust.

Born to live
Forever then
In changed form
Forever when.
