Book Of Secrets: False Rape Claims Poem by Terence George Craddock

Book Of Secrets: False Rape Claims

Rating: 5.0

hear chilling innocent cry a man framed in a lie

powerful songs have been written about claims
'I am an innocent man' a heinous crime is false
rape claims accusations which sent innocent men

to prison for crimes never committed

a murdered victim is dead suffers no more but
an innocent man convicted of rape never committed
suffers murder of his good name his innocence

every second every minute every hour
every day every week every year
for decades for a lifetime if crime false

accusation is never discovered never revealed

murder of character
murder of good name
murder of respect

murder of freedom
murder of career
murder of liberty

parents siblings
relatives friends
work colleagues

guilt by associations
are murdered by association links
to sentence convictions

character murder branded
an innocent man convicted
of a rape never committed

sentenced to jail
for a crime rape
never committed

in jail a murder feared
may rule be left alone
but a rapist convicted

may repeatedly be beaten senseless
tortured by isolation vicious words blows
innocence soul branded withers dies

there is a vast sin accountability
difference between horror crimes committed
by worst demon demented guilty

and false accusation accused innocence

This is pitiful. Great stars go down the drain every day a false accusation.

Miscarriage of justice / wrongful conviction erodes the faith in law enforcement and the criminal justice system. A discerning poem well presented.

A miscarriage of justice destroys the very life and honor of the falsely convicted person and the stigma attached sometimes goes down to the family of the.victim specially on crimes against honor.
