Body Poem by Rivert Vice

My heart hurts
My eyes ache
My brain is tired
My skin is feeling like it's on fire
My bones feel ill
I think my joints are barely keeping up
As you can see
Inside of me
Everything is falling into turmoil
My ears only hear bad things
My hair is falling out from stress
My smile is forever glazed behind this thing we call pain
My hands shake with regret
I need someone to see
That this body is not the only part of me
I have more to offer, just you wait and see
Just come and talk to me
I wish I was inside out then maybe you would see
Just how beautiful I can truly be
