Black Suits Funereal Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Black Suits Funereal

A song for suffering
A funereal bell
For waiting:
See
See
Already the grave-diggers
In black suits funereal
And white gauzes
Wait not more:
time has come
Yet
You may stop
The hands of the watch-clock
Call in again
A still uncompleted Immortality
