Bipolar



i lost myself along the path of hope
im drowning in an ocean
with no vest and no rope
my days are dark my curtains are black
my mood is high my bags are packed
my nights are long and dreams are a blur
my minds to busy with random thoughts that occur
my eyes are puffy and my body is tense
it is never my fault it doesn't make sence
it is easy to avoid than to face the facts
because when you do
there goes the panic attacks
so breathe easy when your gasping for air
it's time to get some help
