Beyond Worlds Poem by Saint Chuck

Beyond Worlds

A Boy,
eyes of ocean,
went West with nothing.

His heart,
not knowing what it missed.

A girl,
Hair of fiery rainbow,
went East with something.

Her heart,
not knowing what she would find.

They both
went searching,
in the land Beyond Worlds.

Boy,
thought he knew it all.
Thought he needed nothing,
but knew she must be near.

Girl,
thought she heard him call.
Thought he said her name,
she knew what she would find.

Then came a day,
in the land Beyond Worlds,
when Boy saw girl.

Hair on fire,
brightened by day,
full of sorrowful joy.

Girl,
Boy breathed.

Girl,
Boy hoped.

Girl,
Boy knew.

Boy,
Girl smiled.

Boy,
Girl touched.

Boy,
Girl held.

Then they walked together...

in the land Beyond Worlds.
