Beneath Every Fair Skin Poem by Bhaskaranand Jha Bhaskar

Beneath Every Fair Skin

Beneath every fair skin thrives
A deep grey area
Of lusts and lurid desires,
It remains suppressed
And repressed
For fear of social stigmas...
But as the intensity heats up,
Lusts burst off the senses
In sheer secrecy -
From the locked cells
Of their own repugnant sin
It comes to light, all exposed afresh...

Insanity mates with perversion
Hidden in conscience
Ejaculating out common senses
Turning them into beasts;
The victim and the victimised
Are drowned to death
In the remorseful sea of life
Till they breathe last to relive
Till the penance in life after death...
