Beauty Revisited Poem by Narayana Raghavan

Beauty Revisited

Blue eyes deep as oceans
emotion fills mind
days spend with her-
smiles twinkle as stars

mild breeze has swept the fragrance of joy
memories of her childhood pranks
residues of sorrow deep in heart
sonic vibrations reverberating

tears brimming eyes, throat choking
touching the toys left by her
melancholy waves emanating
as songs eulogizing her past

'revisit with bag full of happiness
Jack-O-Lantern in your tiny hands
replenish our life on Halloween eve
filling our souls with fragrance of love'.
