Beautiful Savage Poem by Janine Alyssa Navarro

Beautiful Savage

A face so handsome grasped upon my heart
sparkling eyes that drank my weak soul
into a pool of an unresting dungeon;
I am helpless, I squirm, I am caught in you.

Engulfed into your being or its remnants
I cry as I seek for your beguiling fugue
reaching out for air although powerless;
ripped me apart you did, a beautiful savage.
