Beautiful, Perfect And Hypocrite Poem by Adedolapo Olisa

Beautiful, Perfect And Hypocrite

Rating: 5.0

Her smile so charming
princess with a fierce king
subtlely mean and diplomatic
she slams my ego but still leaves me blushing

I detect no signal of affection
not even a zeroeth degree yet my eyes quiver at her sight
like a strict teacher with correction's rod, she intimidates
She rides the fury of her prince
up the mountain of derision and destruction
down the lowly valley of calm
through the steep slope of mood
She is balance, balance to a tee

balance to the tee is balance not enjoyable
she treats an adult as a baby
correcting with rhetorical stories
ones that ooze with a silent confrontation
and just as the story's words live a humbled receptor,
the facial expressions purely pronounce abject disgust.

She is a diva of division and diversion
a princess without any attention
a home maker void of the essence of loving
She is the beautiful hypocrite
