Come on look deep inside,
What do you see? Is this the way things were meant to be?
Its time to set your heart on fire,
Listen to your true desire; you control your own destiny.
In time you will see it's truly beautiful insanity.
Paranoia was never really my friend
It goes to show that I'll break before I bend,
All is lost and never won; I was never trying to hurt anyone
Why can't anyone understand, I was only trying to pretend.
I look deep inside
Confusion is all I see, this is not the way things were meant to be
Its time to set my heart on fire
Listen to my true desire; its time to decide my fate
Listen to these words I speak, its beautiful insanity
Analyzing my own existence
Questioning all I see, refusing to believe
Things will never be the same now that my eyes are opened
Feeling ways no one was ever meant to feel
This life I lead is now beautiful insanity
Now I'm out here on my own
I've strayed too far from home
I walked into the soothing light
Hoping to find truth in all this madness we call life
But instead all I found was misery
Now my mind has faltered into the realm of beautiful insanity
Come with me do as I do
Look inside tell me what you see, trust me this isn't the way things should ever be
Its time to set your heart on fire,
Quench your true desire: don't worry I'll decide your destiny
In time you'll see there's no need to worry
It's only beautiful insanity.
