Awake Poem by Taylor Jones

Awake

Rating: 4.8

I have realized now in full aware
My pain is for me and not to share
A wish upon a stars a lie
And has left my heart cold and dry
Dreams are meant for sleeping
But my consciousness is meant for weeping

I feel my self breaking in half
while others around me continue to laugh
My pain and suffering they find so amusing
As i stumble through life that i find confusing
I trip and fall, i cant catch my grace
All my mistakes are shoved in my face

I cannot make it i cannot pull through
All of my burdens i am giving to you
My fire is out and my wind is blown
Sadly ONE light has gone unshone

A different night a different dream but the object of the unreality remains constant, only the moods change....... Hello says he it's nice to see, to meet you here today Testosterone it is me name and I come from far away I come from testes central and this I'd like to say I'm pretty good for argument but much prefer to play Well up steps lovely estrogen and, pretty as you please Says I'm the girl for you me lad, I can't but help to tease When progesterone, the pregnant one, steps in with cyclic ease 'Ignore this tramp with tailing camp he lasts but just a sneeze' So progesterone and estrogen hugged warmly with a kiss And testosterone to the barmaid turned and said, 'a stiff one miss? ? '
