Atonement Poem by Locura Alaam

Atonement

Drowsy I felt when she
Embraced me softly
A joy mathless...O si!
Tender they were and holy
Her lips...O goddess of Sympathy

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Do not let the words mislead you into misunderstanding the truth of what the poem is talking about. It's an Acrostic poem, meaning the first letters of each line form a word that helps in understanding what it's talking about.
It's an old poem I wrote after I had quite the experience with a car accident at the 21st of June,2009.
