At Sunrise Poem by Joyce Hemsley

At Sunrise

I am tthinking not of science
And the cosmic evolution,
Or the cooling of the Universe
I can find no quick solution.
But beneath a pallid moon
With love's rapture in my heart
I wait for nature's tints of evening
And dreams of the night sky start.
Then all I need to make me happy
Is a pretty picture of violet blue
And magical sunrise bliss for two.
