As The Blood Drips Poem by Keysha Sanchez

As The Blood Drips

Rating: 5.0

As the blood drips
on the cold tile floor
into a pool of red
leaving a stain forevermore
I lose myself in the pain
wishing it would never go away
at first I cry your name
wishing you where here
whispering in my ear
telling me everythings alright
and being my dad, the one I like

But,
I know you''ll never change
never listen to what I say
you''ll never care
cause your never there
So I''ll cry
alone
cutting my wrist
watching the blood flow
I''lll take one lick
savoring life''s taste

As for you
dying in vain
I hope you suffer
for all my pain
I love you daddy.
