Another week of lock up
Here inside my home
I really have the urge
To just go out and roam
I know that I can do that
But I also know it's not wise
All it takes is just a sneeze
That could cause my demise
So I'll contiune to say indoors
Where it's still the safest place
But it will take a while
Before you see a smile on my face
I know I'm not alone
With the feelings that I have
But I know when this is over
Millions of people will be glad
Once again the world outside
Will be a welcome place
It's arms will open wide
To accept the human race
Hopefully Covid-19
Becomes a thing of the past
With us never forgetting
All the deaths it amassed
