Another Place Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Another Place

Rating: 5.0

If I met you in another life,
Would you love me just the same,
Would you hold me in your arms again,
Take a stroll through the sun and the rain.
If I met you beneath the pale moonlight,
Would you kiss me just like before,
Would you gaze at me with those bright blue eyes,
Would you walk with me there on the shore,
Maybe I'm just a dreamer,
And that will never be,
But heaven knows the answer,
My love,
Please wait for me.

You must miss him very much Jayne. My late wife & I said it's fine to find someone else. We both knew she would go first, she was so ill.
