Another Face In The Crowd Poem by DJD Quick/dd

Another Face In The Crowd

Individualist
I'm unique
Unlike some girls
I'm not chic
I'm away from the crowd
I'm separate from similiarity
You won't see me
Sitting in the middle of the ceremony
From a distance, their faces are just a blur
But my face isn't in a swirl
I could just be another face in the crowd
But I choose not to be
Because I'm an individualist
I'm unique
I'm ME!

A very potent dedication to one's individuality - to stand out rather than to fade in. A nice read. - K.
