Angst Poem by Richard R. Navarro

Angst

Rating: 2.7

I won't ask you why you left the Loving Branch
onto whom a million you's still cling.

Neither will I question, beneath the cold shadow of your Tree,
why you chose to be there.

No.
I will not seek for answers lest you answer me -
that it was for without reason
but to soar the wind in freedom,
to die and live no more...

I will never understand.
