Anger...
Is an emotion that is not seen.
Anger revivals itself when the volume is turned-up.
The noise becomes pain.
The pain becomes hurt.
Anger has pushed you to the limit.
Which turns into bad reactions.
After the reactions the sorrow arises.
Now you are sad.
Gather your feelings.
Prepare yourself as you ask for forgiveness.
I am sorry is a start.
Anger is a an emotion that can be calm.
