Angel Wings Poem by Sapphire Blue

My wings are waiting
fitted to perfection

Guided through this life in God's direction
I've been Hated, I've been Loved,
lead astray and done wrong

and survived it all
Because God has made me strong

I am HIS child
Greeting each blessed day with a smile
His song gives me peace
so I sing it loud for this life's stress release
as I step over disappointments and glide through adversity
my cup runnith over, I have no need to be thirsty

My every need is fulfilled, there is nothing that I lack
I Awaken each day knowing who has my back

I have lessons yet to learn and trials yet to come
no one can escape the troubles of this world
not even HIS only begotten son

I will live this life to the fullest
as a vessel in God's plan
my wings will have to wait, for today I am only human

I pay no attention to what you think or how you speak of me
Because I know to be an Angel of God is my destiny!
