Angel Of The Night Poem by Theresa Starling

Angel Of The Night

Rating: 4.0

Angel of the Night
Sweep me up in your wings
Sing me a lullaby
I love to hear you sing

Angel of the Night
I feel the stars in my hair
You start to accelerate
As swift as a mare

Angel of the Night
You silently kill me
I can hardly sleep
It's hard to see

Your my Angel of the Night
The love for you is infinite dear
Handel my hear with care
You're the only thing I fear

Great imagery! I love how you make the Angel seem down to earth in an other worldly way. Thank you for sharing, RoseAnn
