In the dark night
The young and inexperienced traveller was walking
With real zeal,
After a while,
Some stranger said to him from behind,
'Stop there! '
But the traveller did not listen,
He began to proceed,
Again the stranger gently said to him,
'Stop, my friend! '
Still the young traveller paid no attention to him,
Finally, the stranger cried,
'Listen to me, please! '
This time the young wayfarer looked behind
And saw an enlightened shadow in front of him,
The shadow embraced him wholeheartedly forever.
A thought provoking poem. A very interesting write as always.
