An Arduous Task Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

An Arduous Task

A flying coffin!
Mist over;
A flying elephant,
Clouding vision;
Conditions!
Hounded;
An arduous task,
Privileged act,
Sudden force! !
A clang,
Hours of biting headache;
Molars,
Morsels of food,
Indoors and outdoors!
Shaded by the trees around;
With an arduous task.
