An Addict (Nonet Poetry Style) Poem by John Masaitis

An Addict (Nonet Poetry Style)

Getting high all alone an outcast
Destroyed his life craving that blast
His lonely soul he would blame
slowly now squeeze that vein
jonesing was his game
soon no more pain
in his brain
insane
bane.
