Always And Never Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Always And Never

Always and never are words that push and pull
Their implications steer you to your destination
Filling a drought barren glass to abundantly full
Or making fairy tales into to a firm foundation

Walking along a winding road lined with trees...
some are barely saplings…others have expired
Your momentum stirs a continuous breeze
If you stop to complain…your ambition will retire

Always keep your eyes open to a future day
Look for the promise that each sunrise brings
Never let the erosion of time lead you astray...
A path of healing can make your heart sing
