Always Poem by Walter C. Edwards

Always

We walk under the glow,
of a full moon,
almost dancing a we stroll,
the glow lights up you face,
like pale blue water,
your lips look so sweet,
as our eyes meet,
I kiss you softly,
then you turn away,
back around your eyes meet mine,
then you say,
do not take my heart to break it,
never love me and fake it,
just be mine till the end of time,
always.
