Alone Me Poem by Shelly Kiran

Alone Me

All the way
I felt alone
With tears.

I slept on rocks
Cold at nights
Hot at days.

Creepers passed
My body like soil
Penetrating my soul
I could not speak
Was not bold..

Sobs and throbbing
Converts into silence
When you have none
To share.

Thrown into empty well
Dreaming of roses and smells,

Accompanied by
Mosses and reptiles.

Heartbeat is replaced
By silence
Silverfish streaming
In my blood
No-one else is there!
