Alone In Silence Poem by Angel Wings

Alone In Silence

Green leaves all fallen, withered and dry. The skies darken as the Autumn breeze sets in. You and I walk down an abandoned street our hoods up, head phones in, and my fingers entangled in yours. You stop and pull me into you, we hug. I stare up at you, you stare back, your green eyes gleaming. We continue on together, alone in silence. The silence is so crisp and crystal clear that I'm afraid you can hear my heart beating like a symphnotic song in my chest. Alls I want to say is I love you but I keep to myself. I eventually change my mind, I then stop and stare at you. You stop and stare back wondering what's wrong. I mouth I love you and you mouth back I love you too. I smile and we continue on together our hands still clinging to one another, alone in silence. Only to enjoy the company of eachother.
