All New Worlds Are Gone Poem by Andy Barrette

All New Worlds Are Gone

I miss the avid wonder
and feeling of majesty
of looking out over a great landing
unbeknownst to me.
I miss the thrill of meeting settings,
us becoming one.
I'm now a worldly traveller
and all new worlds are gone.
