Have our eyes ever locked
Do you think my kissing sucks
I've got reasons and excuses
But all I think about is you
Lies about us being through
In this place I can show no affection
But the truth is you're my addiction
The best times are with you

It starts off really nicely and has some sweet words however i think it sounds more like a song then a poem. There doesnt seem to be anything unique about it. I do like the rythem and sound of it though as it ryhmes and flows well.

Poetry is music! That's what all songs are made of...a poem. I like this poem because it DOES sound like a song, which makes in unique and has it's own ring to it.
