All Days Are The Same. Poem by Glenn Ford

All Days Are The Same.

Rating: 5.0

All days are the same
Today could be tomorrow
I feel so ashamed
Full of regret, misery and sorrow

What went wrong along the way?
Why do I hate me so much?
I have nothing to say
No senses taste, smell or touch.

The world seems to have stood still
People stare with disgust and distain
It's me they would like to kill
With as much guts blood and pain.

I was here yesterday and again today
I'll be tomorrow too
Is this the debt a I have to pay?
For once trying to be just like you.

Everything just turned out wrong
I was only trying to play the game
Now life just plays like an off key song
All days are just the same.
