All But One Gift Poem by Mugano S. Paul

All But One Gift

There is but one gift;
in the kraal,
in the manger,
in the temple,
at the seas,
in the desert,
on the stony dirty streets,
with miracles, signs and wonders
on the donkey,
torn by whips,
nailed on the rugged cross,
buried in a borrowed tomb,
through resurrection,
through ascension,
on the most high throne…
JESUS CHRIST,
Gift of all gifts.
